Ruby is the old girl of the stud, although semi retired she still has plenty of force when called upon to get that tricky mob of lambs and sheep in. She has become very accustomed to family life with the young family leading her around and feeding her most of their lunch.

Ruby has a great work ethic with plenty of eye and force in the yards and back and bark on command. In the paddock she shows great style and foot work with a wide and long cast, covering both sides well and blocking anything that wants to take her on.

Matilda has all the working attributes of her mother Ruby with a little more bark in the yards as well as been a friendly loyal dog always wanting to please.

Meg was purchased from Scoriochre Kelpie Stud in Victoria, to bring a bit more utility type work into the Delamak Stud to help strengthen our existing lines. Meg has proven an excellent purchase with a very strong desire to work both yards and paddock. She has a little bark when needed, plenty of tail in force, as well huge amount of cover.

Bella is showing all the right signs to develop into an outstanding brood bitch just like her mother Matilda and grandmother Ruby. A strong work ethic, plenty of eye when needed, great force, combined with fast cover and balance. Having mostly yard work until recently, Bella’s just starting to settle down in the paddock and in time with experience should turn into a very handy utility bitch.

Casey is only a young bitch still in the early stages of training. She carries a lot of old Karrawarra blood and hopefully should carry that wide natural cast and break out that Karrawarra dogs are famous for.

Silk has just arrived here as a started dog just about to start being broken it. Like Casey she carries a lot of old Karrawarra blood and should be an asset to the stud. We’ll keep you posted.
